The CWG webpage is maintained by the CWG secretariat (currently located at EUMETSAT).

The CWG Secretariat internally keeps a list of informal members of this group containing the names and email addresses of those persons. Any personal information collected from the Working Group members in this list will only be used by the CWG Secretariat and the CWG Co-Chairs (see list here) for the purpose of contacting the members and will not be shared with third parties.

In addition, scientific studies and presentations as well as meeting or workshop lists on the CWG webpage contain personal information (names and email addresses). In line with EU data protection legislature, you have the right to request any personal data to be presented to you or to be deleted at any time by contacting  training@eumetsat.int.
